Welcome to Off Beat Tours ~ South Island Scenic Tours, New Zealand

Kia Ora (Hello)!

Welcome to New Zealand’s scenic ‘South Island’ – a land of many contrasts. Our scenery in the South Island is equal to anywhere in the world, with its beautiful lakes and beaches, ten National Parks and a World Heritage Area, glaciers, rolling landscapes and fiords – to name a few. Our scenery is just as spectacular and dramatic in summer and winter.

We specialise in multi day South Island tours and endeavor to take in your special interests to make your tour an experience of a lifetime. Although we have many set tours, we tailor our tours to suit each individual client.

We also specialise in half day and full day tours on the fabulous “Wild West Coast’ so you can interact with nature on a professionally guided Eco Tour.

Options allow you to combine with other tours for example:

  • White heron sanctuary
  • Fox or Franz Josef Glacier walks & flights
  • Fiordland Cruises
  • Yellow Eyed Penguin colony
  • Albatross colony
  • Jet boat adventures
  • Kaikoura whale watch

As a Kiwi Host, naturalist and keen photographer, we specialise in taking you to many exciting magical places and take pride in making your day, one you will treasure forever.

The service we provide is as an owner/operator and we travel in a 7-seater air-conditioned coach with superior comfort with door to door service throughout the South Island and connection with all South Island services.

We know we have a tour to suit you! If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us for further information and please browse our website.
